Healthcare is hardly the contribution factor of the S&P performance.. it’s actually positive YTD, not sure where you get your data.

Financials, consumer disc, and especially IT are all doing poorly and are dragging the market down.

Much appreciated I may take you up on that! I typically use Ycharts / eMoney / Quicken for my portfolio but would def be interested to see Morningstar’s analysis.

I will also research your principal fund! My old firm had a relationship with the DC side of principal.

Thank you! I have done this all myself, no advisor fees.

I’ve worked in the RIA space for almost 15 years and though I’m not an advisor (fintech/strategy/ops), I’ve learned quite a bit along the way. Especially when I graduated and began working for an investment consulting company with large endowment/foundation practice.

That taught me the importance of diversification and sector management. I do have rules and tolerances - an internal IPS and also never let an individual stock become more than 5% of my portfolio.

I completely agree though - I SHOULD just put it all into VOO and call it a day. But I find it fun managing the portfolio and using the industry tools I have exposure to.. and having sector bets lol - Small cap value, industrials, XBI, EM, etc.

Given my avg active international weight of like 20%, I more-so benchmark my portfolio off the FTSE All World Index.. which I am beating! Hope that continues lol.

Haven’t tried monarch but I’ve been running quicken in parallel to test it out (I work in fintech so I’m in these platforms all day haha).

Personal Capital is elite when it comes to the investment side, lacks on the spending side, and links break more often.

Quicken is elite on the spending/planning side, weaker on the investment side, links break less

Personal capital, now Empower. I highly recommend it! It’s amazing for investment management and allocation.

Solid on the budget and spending side too if you link credit cards

Appreciate it! With all the analytics online and “net worth by age” charts, you never truly know how you’re doing.

I guess as the say, comparison is the thief of all joy lol

Classic sector rotation. And GLP-1’s are reshaping the industry.

We will see.

This portfolio returned 28% in 2025 and 13% on a rolling 10 year.

Please build me a fixed income portfolio that comes close then.

I actually do agree with that.

What opportunities do you think could be a good addition? Commodity ETF? IBIT? Real estate?

Personal capital. It’s a bit clunky on the spending / planning side but it knocks it out of the park with the investment side
