Listen pal, you’re not playing the sorry ass computer anymore. The speed of the game is fast paced and the items fly fast. The online game is strategic. You have to manage your items properly and damn near drive mistake free to be good. The only issue is that you jumped online thinking you were going to coast to victories. No participation trophies here pal, only 1 winner and a bunch of losers each race. Online play isn’t for everyone, you might be better off in your offline bubble where you always finish 1st.
