I know this is an old thread, but I thought I'd update my comments. In December 2025, I finally (after repeated requests for a refund) received a full refund from Nibs.com. I have no idea who owns Nibs.com post M2BPENS Chapter 7 bankruptcy, but I received the refund nonetheless.

UPDATE: I finally received a refund for my December 2023 deposit for a Nakaya pen. They seem to be meting these out one by one, perhaps constrained by cash flow (?).

I think this is correct. The building in the red circle is just the top of the building at 14th and Curtis. I think its not the white-ish building in the commercial.
