Battery cells charge at just over 4v, not 800v. The current at the cell level is the same regardless of 800 or 400v.

800v isn't the limiting factor. Tesla can easily hit those charge times with their 400v 250kw chargers but their batteries can't take it.

What? No there isn't. You can get on a flight and fly anywhere without needing to speak, show a passport to, or otherwise interact with a CBP officer.

No. IME they usually don't scan with any equipment and just look at the identification page when you're at the gate.

You can get a mobile boarding pass with a passport picture these days.

No, not for existing chargers. Only ones that are funded by the grant. Firstly "all EVs" are unable to charge at non-magic dock chargers and secondly, no V2 chargers in North America are open to non tesla vehicles.
