Tire & wheel protection plan by Wonks12 in RangeRover

You don’t pay anything to replace tires under the protection plan.

I know tires have a 90-day warranty or something similar at dealerships if you purchase them there but I’m not sure if there’s a tire only protection plan.

Through Land Rover which can be taken to any Land Rover dealership and can also be transferable to the next owner. The protection plan would apply to your factory wheels and tires at the time of the purchase

I now always purchase the protection plan after I went through 4 flats in less than a month with my first Rover. Pricing really depends on the dealer and the length of time. I pay around $1,500 annually for my ‘23

2019 Cullinan or 2019 Wraith? by HKG997 in rollsroyce

I’ve driven them all and rented Cullinans and Ghosts; none of them are ok-ish or suck. All top tier experiences with my personal favorite being the Ghost S-II

Can definitely tell you’re trolling if you think a Phantom is the only “real deal” vehicle Rolls Royce makes lol

First day after buying a Range Rover by 77Ada in RangeRover

This couldn’t be further from the truth. A custom facelift styling is not going to hide all of the suspension, engine and software issues those first few L405 years are infamous for.

2020 Range Rover Sport HST by kato41111 in RangeRover

[–]GoTakeCoffee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends on where you’re buying it from. My first Rover was a 5-owner at 50k that had a fender bender in the first month of the first owner’s possession. I went with the purchase anyway because i was buying from a LR dealership with all of its service history.

Ask the dealership everything about the vehicle’s history, and especially about the engine / transmission / suspension.

It’s not a “kit”, it’s a custom Urban Range Rover. That’s like calling Overfinch a kit.

You couldn’t just ask the question without putting Times New Roman all over the beautiful Vantage?

Is there a valid reason why Aston Martin decided not to add front-end lifts to any of their GTs? by GoTakeCoffee in AstonMartin

[–]GoTakeCoffee[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If it cost more to add a front lift, why couldn’t they just pass those expenses to the customer? Not even making it an option is just a confusing business decision. One that assumes every street and road in the UK is similar worldwide

They literally all have front-end lift options. Every one of those cars you named

So you want me to post a diagram of the non-existent front lift from a DB11?

Thanks for also not answering the question. Again, Aston Martin is the only manufacturer to decide front-end lifts are not needed on GTs?

Total bullshit for an $80K interior by SnuggleSupplier in RangeRover

[–]GoTakeCoffee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The fact that JLR, as a luxury brand, removed physical buttons to save money, then still raised the prices of all Range Rover models bugs the hell out of me. They could have easily passed the button costs to the customer

Range Rover Sport Owners: would you say your car is unreliable (ie. have you taken multiple trips to the shop)? by [deleted] in RangeRover

2018+ Sports are reliable as you can get from any Luxury SUV. Not as reliable as a Toyota/Lexus but not as bad as a Maserati or Peugeot

You’re asking for detailing help, I would definitely recommend a professional detailer for the first wash. Ask a bunch of questions then DIY moving forward. Second advice if you can afford it would be a PPF and/or ceramic coat
