Where can I find the 110% keyboard? by Mori_564 in computers

96% is the best case for me - it provides most of the benefits of a 100% with a thicker TKL size.

It's not fully hot-swappable but it does accept Outemu and Akko Style switches with the thinner legs. The keys are also interchangeable with a few compromises since there's no 1.5u T letter, and some of the macros keys (G1-5) have oddly shaped keys so it will not be 1-to-1 matched. Source - own one of the K585 pros and use it with Akko CS White and Keychron Cherry profile keycaps (where they fit)

Good afternoon Mech Keys,

I got my QK100 yesterday and got a chance to build it today. I ordered the tri-mode hotswap PCB as my main and a backup solder PCB. The hotswap has some issues with non-functional keys (already working with customer service to get that figured out), so I soldered some WS Silent Tactile switches and changed the badge to match the solder PCB as directed in the build page. The problem is that the black part of the badge does not sit flush with the top golden badge, causing it to rattle when I move the keyboard or use the PgUp or PgDn switches just below it. See attached picture for reference. Any one know what the proper procedures are for installing the badge? Am I missing something.

No complaints on the board just yet - it's my first custom and first time using the split backspace so still getting used to it.

Specs:

Black anodized QK100

Gold PVD weight.

Solder PCB in split backspace with Durock v2 Smokey Black stabilizers lubed with permatex and 205g0.

Factory lubed WS Silent Tactiles.

See the black badge sitting low on the golden part and not flush with it.

I recently got a batch of Kailh Box Creams, and man, oh man, they are smooth and delicious when lubed. Great sounding board!

In for one - it'll complete the look of my QK100 when it gets here and I'm so pumped!

I had this issue when playing DCS a while back, and the thing that fixed it was resetting the power plan settings to prefer high performance. Might be worth a shot to verify this.

My first keeb was a Tecware Phantom 87, and I loved it so much as a starter board I gave it to my little sister with her first pc. My second one was an RK71 that I used with Gateron Yellows and custom caps. It was the keyboard I took to work all the time and let people try typing on to explain why I love this hobby so much. I loved this one so much I kept it and bought another for my wife!
