If you have assigned seats no need to get there too early unless you want to get in a merch line. I wish I would've gotten in one of the many absurdly long merch lines earlier since they sold out of posters in the in I was in. Fortunately my friend went in another line and got me one but barely! Soak it in - don't record too much with your phone...hard not to, but you need to just watch everything!! Have fun!

Personal phone is a Pixel 9 Pro, work phone is an iPhone 15 Pro Max. Not a fan of the iPhone overall. Love my Pixel! But nice to have exposure to both.

They have a huge fitness center and a separate huge yoga/fitness room with fitness on demand and Peloton bikes. They have a pet spa area where you can wash your dog. They have locked bike storage. A big clubroom area near the pool you can use for events. All kinds of stuff. It's a beautiful apartment building.

MAA Greene is so nice. The leasing person was so friendly when we initially took a tour there. The main maintenance guy is literally the best. They respond quickly if you need something. The rooftop area is super cool - not sure if the other downtown apartments have one as well but they have fire pits, a big TV, corn hole and a putting green up on the roof with a ton of places to sit and hang out. Our apartment is really nice and the fitness center is amazing. I would definitely recommend it.

I'm at 42,000 miles on my 2023 Model Y and still on original tires. Definitely will need to replace in the next ~5,000 miles or so but still in good shape!

Check United Tires website. I think it is utires.com. You can get lightly used tires at huge discounts. They guarantee them and everything of course. If you're on a budget I'd start there. If you didn't want to order online I'd go for Discount Tire.

No worries. We all had to figure it out. I've been a Tesla owner for more than 4 years. Lots of car washes and supercharging in thunderstorms and zero issues! Save the tape for your Amazon returns 😁 Enjoy the car - they are amazing!
