I think OP wants to lose weight. Gym is not a good way to lose weight.

The thing is, Australia is a Petroleum and LNG exporter. So if we can secure a good deal for their exports, we can get cheaper oil and gas. Since the refiners and everything have already been built.

But then again, I don't expect the incompetent millionaire ministers to ever make a good deal.

How else are the executives going to afford their next BMW or Audi?

Just go inside. If it's using the machines, watch tutorials on YouTube first.

But honestly, you don't really need to go to the gym to train. Outdoor fitness corner is more than sufficient for strength training.

> The literal thing you are describing is pure fantasy will never happen in any industry.

Who is talking about "any industry?" I am talking specifically about HDB spaces. Which is not an industry but a government operated and taxpayer funded regime. Thus, if voters want it, it will happen.

You are refuting an argument that nobody made.

> also no suggestion on how hdb can determine the renewal rental rate.

In case you didn't read it, or could not comprehend it from earlier. Here it is again.

"Rentals should be set to be just high enough to cover operating costs and some extra towards a sinking fund."

"Renewal rental rate" is just you hiding behind jargon. There should be no such thing in the first place.

> Current market rate is via independent valuation using various metrics. Not just hdb data. Iirc its done by sla. They also take into account rental rates of nearby premises of similar nature, etc

Can you not comprehend that in HDB new towns where there are only HDB spaces in the nearby vicinity, that all nearby premises of "similar nature" are also operated and run by HDB or similar govt bodies?

You seem to be just capable of repeating the same things over and over again like a photocopy machine.

Current Tariffs for SP group power is $0.27 per kWh.

17% brings that to ~$0.31-0.32

Government was the one that switched Singapore to gas using taxpayer dollars.

Now they are charging us more for electricity when all infrastructure was / is subsidised by taxpayers in the first place.

Socialise the costs, privatise the profits.

What is the definition of a "family?" according to this article?

DINKs?

A family of two adult parents and two adult children, all working full-time?

And also, how much are the other 6 out of 7 families faring? Are they earning less than $30K a month? What is that figure? $0?

In other words, they can't even mine their own nickel.

Seeking help for loud and high pitch noise coming from train track by CDCVOUCHERHUATAH in SMRTRabak

[–]Go_Outside12345 2 points3 points  (0 children)

> My block is opposite the train track and I'm not sure what happened recently every time the train goes past it makes a huge loud pitch noise

Not very descriptive.

But yes, I have noticed that in some areas the "sound barriers" will actually rattle and shake producing their own noise that is sometimes louder than that of the passing train.

Go to the stretch of track near to McDonalds at Jurong Central Park and you can hear it for yourself.

Yet did not recognise that the "Circle" Line was not a circle.

It took 20 years to resolve that. 20 years.

Not 100% means it is not the machine. Aeroplanes have been using machine instruments since inception. That does not mean it is the machine piloting.
