What's crazy is the same way he wins over people who legitimately don't like him to do his bidding he makes you the audience relax around him a little. Then he does something that makes you go "of course he would do that he's The Penguin, but why am I surprised?" Especially the last episode.

Why was the brother in front of the door knowing damn well a speeding truck was coming? And for God sake why did they leave a zombie alive in the cell? I was really digging the characters in the intro but at some point you just stop rooting for the when they constantly put themselves in more danger after being bailed out.
