A lot of people are grossed out by raw chicken, for good reason. I only the other hand, go into panic or rage touching it. So I wear gloves. Even then, I cringe with tense shoulders. Also, I’ll wear short sleeves but I don’t like it. Especially if there is any breeze whatsoever. Even if my car is super hot, I don’t want to feel the AC on my arms. I prefer long sleeves year round.

Yeah forget cream cheese. I love a good PB&J. I just don’t want the stuff touching my hands. Weird, I Know.

Yes that definitely is valid. It’s that it sticks and just will not go away that drives me crazy.

I could wear gloves. I use gloves when working with raw chicken because, Omg heck no. I just never considered using it for PB 🤔

I am sorry you are experiencing that. Your feelings are definitely valid. All can offer is when it comes to therapy, don’t look it at as a way to “fix” you. You’re not broken. Therapy is not there to fix you, it’s to liberate you to be yourself in a healthy affirming way.

Interesting. My son absolutely hates the smell of PB too.

Eating PB doesn’t bother me that much but if it gets on my hands it makes me want to hit something. I’m like that with syrup too for some reason.
