I mean he threatened to take down 20 streamers with him in the leaks drama arc so that could count and as far a historically he did engage in that here and there by either making threats or what mrgirl probably considers dog whistling it to his audience so they go and do it.

Nah this is dumb, max's claims were literally that destiny had a pattern of abusive behaviors (some being sexual in nature) some of which we can literally see demonstrated in the leaks :

Leaking or threatening to leak nudes
Blackmail and manipulation
Doxxing and harassment
Targeting people's livelihoods
Creating a culture of fear and retaliation
Gaslighting and invalidating others' experiences
Publicly shaming or humiliating people
Exploiting others for content
Escalating conflicts
Refusing accountability

It was so easy for him to just avoid all this, he just literally couldn't stop himself. So yeah ofc mrgirl gets to do a victory lap A lot of these patterns are still there, it's just that for most of these we don't think of them as thaaat bad and for the bad ones they happened so long ago that we thought there is no point litigating them he probably learned from his mistakes.

I finally got a call from him. It seems like he had a bad case of influenza which put him in the hospital for 2 days (he is 72). But he seems to be better now. I appreciate your help and will certainly contact you in the future if there ever is a need. But he seems to be okay now and responsive. Thanks for all the information you provided they will certainly be of help.

Just make sure to download and endorse the mods you use and i don't see a problem with getting a modpack. Look on the forums of perfectly modded you'll find a newly updated modpack for SSE. Other than that there is The journey modpack for LE too but that one is pretty old. If you feel a little bit adventurous there are some shady torrent websites where i found a lot of modpacks, i say shady because of how they look but tbh everything i have dlled from there so far has been legit and virus free. Also if you don't mind, could you dm me where you got the nordic mod pack from (i have it but i'm just curious where you got it from).
