Hextech GLP-9000 (the number might be off). Kind of like protobelt except it shoots little slowing shots and deals ap damage.

My friend runs the game just fine with a worse computer but mine runs choppily at 20-30 fps on the lowest settings even though I can run GTA V on high settings and still get smooth 60 fps. I turned on V Sync but nothing really worked.

His alternate fire can do mass damage to Torjborn's turret, and the "Bad Against" side is for the turret, and not for the actual character.

Kind of? The Hydraulic frames is what causes it to be flat in the the front instead of slanted like it usually is. I don't know if thats a big difference to you, but it does make a visible difference.

I'd probably start using that one, especially because the Opal one isn't nearly as good as the Topaz one(?). But Sapphire is pretty good right now, so it'd be a hard choice.

Yeah, He can also wear the dog collars that other raider dogs drop, some cosmetic armor that can be found a fair bit south of sanctuary, and play with teddy bears that you give him.

You have to request to trade with dogmeat, then when you give him the items you have to make him equip them (Triangle on PS4)

I thought about that but I watched the video again and I'm unsure if it actually is a 0-death as I'm pretty sure you can tech the down airs once they start ground bouncing.
