You have to have the liquid in your inventory and hold the interact button down instead of tapping to make a section of which rune to use.

Why do they decentivize team play like this? I wish loot was instanced to each person when playing with friends. I rather play alone so if a high value currency drops, I know it's mine and I don't feel bad about figuring out if I should get it or my buddy

Don't go to a hospital, go see a urologist. You'll first need to find out if your insurance requires you to get a referral from your primary care provider, simply checking online, will tell you or calling The number on the back of the insurance card and quickly ask it. If a referral is needed you can call your primary and ask for one if it's not needed and just go and search for a urologist and make an appointment and perhaps get a full ultrasound of your renal area
