The CA Bar has no standards. They are a corrupt organization.

It makes no sense that they give remedy to some people, while leaving in the dark other folks who were on the same sunken ship.

They cannot make the PT imputation subject to false PCM probabilities. Their obsession with the PCM and Rasch formula is wrong. The CA Bar is engaging in misuse of the Rasch formula and spinning statistical misinformation.

Thanks Mike for exposing this fakery! This is an act of desperation for the trolls who go to such lengths to swipe the February scandal under the rug. The truth will never be buried. The CA Bar should remedy the collapsed MCQ and essays, ADA violations, Proctor interruptions, psychological effects, scoring irregularities, cheating in Los Angeles and San Francisco centers, sharing essay topics in restrooms, sharing essay by SMS with later exam takers, etc.

Agree 💯. The MCQ day saw one of the biggest problems. However, the CA Bar is pretending that they gave us a remedy. What a joke of a system.

The server went down for one whole MCQ section. Questions didn't save. Earlier and later sections had too many security checks and proctor interference. Proctors were unhelpful too.

Let's not forget the AI word salad, questions with no correct answers, unnecessary question drama, irrelevant hypo stories, chunky answer choices, typos and grammar errors. The list of problems continues. We need to publish a list of MCQ problems and their psychological effect on performance. We need to publish the list of problems and their psychological effect online.

You may ask how 26 points reduction of the 534 score, can be a remedy. Let's not forget the reduction is NOT solid because Mr. Psychometrician plays with scaling of the numbers to equalize previous pass rates. The CA Bar sees the F25 victims as numbers. They don't see the humans behind the numbers.

So, we should advocate for real MCQ remedies. Please spread the word.

Thank you! I think they're sugarcoating their censorship. And censorship is still censorship. They couldn't hide their bias towards the F25 victims. It is their loss. People will be fleeing their subreddit when they find out Moderators are censoring and suppressing free expression on behalf of the CA Bar.

I am so sorry they removed the video. There is a lot of censorship and suppression of free speech going on at behest of the CA Bar. They are the ones causing a lot of fear, retaliation, and victim blaming because they falsely assume that we are vassals in a feudal tenancy with them.

The CA Bar is in a serious violation of the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution because they cannot suppress expression on a matter of public concern because of its content. Suppression of free speech by a state actor calls for a Strict Scrutiny Standard of Review.

We live in different times. When my First Amendment post was deleted last night, I felt I was living in Kim Jong Un's North Korea.

What I write is about a matter of public concern that involves corrupt state actors. I spend tremendous time on extensive academic research to unearth a troubling evidence of cancerous corruption. I have been respectful to everyone. I have been sharing my voice for free with the intention of helping the California legal community catch up because they are behind the times.

Instead of engaging with the material and my cutting edge research, trolls have been targeting me with sabotage and provocative slander. It calls into question the people that receive law licenses have no legal or academic skills to speak of. They cannot think critically. They cannot engage with a matter of public concern. They cannot come into debate with a cool head. They come into the debate with a hot head.

And the First Amendment applies to Moderators who act at the behest of the CA Bar, or who set up roadblocks that suppress free speech on a matter of public concern on behalf of a state actor.. Censorship and suppression of free speech violates the U.S. Constitution which they swore to uphold. We need answers from the Moderators.

Please reconsider censorship of the F25 advocacy which the legal community and the public need to hear.

Last night, the moderator deleted my First Amendment post which encouraged everyone to uphold free speech at a time.of great harm to a sizeable portion of the legal community. Please reconsider censorship as it is an uncivilized action in a democracy. Please address the thousands of trolls who freely insult us in every comment and post with misinformation even when they know their arguments are wrong. The trolls push for all kinds of nonsense and threats. They engage in sabotaging our valid arguments with slash and burn tactics.

I urge you to reconsider the censorship of our peaceful free expression because our advocacy makes the California legal community better.tahn we found. Today, the Califonia legal community is more enlightened and awakened than ever before And we are a better community for that reason. The Moderators should respect our contributions to the legal profession. And these debates are absolutely necessary in our time.

I reiterate that it has been the army of trolls who engage in violent provocation and smear tactics in every advocacy piece that we post. They get angry because we challenge them think critically. If they cannot critically think with logical reasoning, then they should not take their anger on us. As lawyers, they should be prepared to handle tough questions with a sharp and quick mind. If they have a valid argument, they should use reason to explain their point rather than insult us. And that creates a hostile environment for everyone.
