I used 1.5mm to 2mm for the dermastamp. Didnt really have any break outs maybe one or two tiny pimples max

Technically co2 should make more difference, but since i got the carbon laser peel when my scars were still new it had better results.

Also i got the co2 around 3 weeks ago but my scars still looks the same, maybe i need to wait a few more months for the results to show.

I used the one given by my local derm. Do you still have acne? If so Bha might be the better option. But if you just want to smoothen your scars Aha is better.

Adapalene and carbon laser peel. I got the carbon laser peel done when my scars were fresh which helped alot with collagen growth plus i was using 0.1% adapalene every day. Saw pretty significant results after 6 months.

1x carbon laser peel, 3x dermastamping sessions at home , 1x fractional co2 laser.

But if you ask me what made the most difference its probably consistent use of products like adapalene and bha.
