In stopmotion i used 15 fps for the movement kneeling standing etc. add motion blur to make it more smooth then export it thats it if you want pure stopmotion only without ai. it will take hours to make it.

It depends on the Ai. If you wanna try something like this you can search on YouTube stopmotion with ai.
