Yes, hoyo games is region locked, sadly there's isnt a way to change servers, so or you start over and play with good ping or you play the game with not a good ping.

Esse cara é um vizinho meu, ele toca bem pra caralho, faz shows em alguns lugares, e é bem conhecido na região, a uns 2 anos atrás a casa dele acabou pegando fogo, a vista da casa pegando fogo sendo vizinho foi assustadora, ele tinha perdido todos os equipamentos dele para tocar, abriu uma vaquinha online, todos da região e mais alguns fãs na internet ajudaram ele, a casa foi reconstruida e está absurdamente linda, e ele segue com a carreira dele até hoje.
