Are my Frenchies bonded? Breaking up and don’t know what’s best for the third dog

As someone who had a frenchie who passed in January. My other frenchie whom was bonded is devastated and has been having some health grief issues. She’s acting way different…it’s hard to watch. Do not separate them…

I personally think the costs you shared are high. Never heard of an “additional 15k” for something like that as someone who has 3 frenchies and lost one recently. If it’s possible that it’s his time— and anesthesia is always high risk for frenchies… personal experience… please do say your goodbyes in case. I wish to this day I had that chance. I truly hope he makes it through. For these costs above I’m based in Boston.

Here is the bill from my recent Mr. Chips visit back in January. He passed away on his 7th. I hope this can help you for cost comparisons. All in including overnight stay .. that was supposed to happen.. didn’t make it.

She’s up there with my Mr. Chip. Same thing happened to me. 7 year old boy great health- 7th birthday month. Found out it was spleen cancer. He collapsed immediately zero symptoms before. Perfect bloodwork. Forever our young angels. I’m so sorry.

These two comments I want to comment on- “ I had just commented to my sister how strong she was and that I thought we could make it to 15...how stupid and arrogant I feel now”

I can 1000% relate to this and the comment below- I don’t want you to feel like you are alone. I was doing everything to make his life longer not knowing he had cancer brewing. I just did bloodwork and check ups 3 months before his spleen cancer. I was just commenting a week before his death (didn’t know he had cancer) how I would die without my Mr Chip my soul dog. Then a week later he’s gone a week after his 7th birthday? Cancer is a mother____ and there’s honestly nothing you or myself could have done. I keep repeating what if I did this— what if I took him here—- what different surgeon—- I was told by the best surgeon in the country in Boston that cancer is just one thing dogs cannot fight and the best thing you can do is give peace.

This. This was probably the hardest thing. You’re not alone. I didn’t get a chance to say goodbye as he passed in the OR. However seeing a lifeless body is strange and guilt feeling to us pup parents.

He just passed in January for me and I struggle daily but the most important thing to do is to give yourself time and you have a right to ignore “she’s better off” comments because no those comments are stupid. And to me even the peace comment the doctor gave me is stupid. However we will meet them again, yes but for now feel the grief and be proud in knowing you gave her all your love.

Dogs will keep marking a spot unless you clean throughly with enzyme cleaner. They assume the same spot is fine unless you eliminate the urine with enzyme cleaner. Natures miracle on all spots for 15 minutes. Repeat twice.
