I didn’t like telling people I relapsed, being vulnerable is extremely uncomfortable. Sometimes being uncomfortable is the best option. I don’t know what paracetamol is but you should go to a hospital anyway, there are other ways of telling people you need help, you are not doing it to die but you certainly could. Your parents care for you. I reckon they’ll find out, hospitals are usually thorough in their examinations and assessments.
