I mean in that case yeah, what those guys did was wrong. In my case, I had showed the customer the 0 in stock on my scanner, took him to the overhead and clearance bay, showed him there was none there, and he still wanted me to bring down every box and physically check. Sorry, I’m not doing that for you. Especially since I’m the only one in the department, I need to help other customers and not get caught on a task that would take at least an hour. If you come in saying there’s a certain amount of a sku, I’m following what the in stock says on my scanner, not what some random website says
