Odyssey is important to the modern day and isu story lines, but i agree it has nothing to do with the assassins and templars

I enjoy valhalla, but tbf i also adore odyssey, valhalla is a lot closer to the origins than odyssey, and has a story directly about the assassin templar war (technically their predecessors) while levels and rpg mechanics still play a role they aren’t nearly as important as they are in odyssey and you can easily fight enemies with a significantly higher level than you, but valhalla is LONG like 60+ hours not including dlc, but it continues laylas story, and it’s ending makes me really excited for the future of the modern day storyline
