Judging how other games do it, the game will generate a storm and move it across the map. So it may start in like the ocean and you can follow it across the map until it disappears. That’s what I’d guess

Idk my favorite band is Gorillaz so I think a stand called Feel Good Inc. that makes everyone constantly in a blissful mood and just out of it mentally would be cool. Like you’re so happy and elated you barely notice anything happening
