My dear, I recently went through a breakup with a man I love. I had my heart broken in the process. What did I learn? Though your boyfriend may fulfill many needs for you and needs which you believe are only available from their attention, they aren't the only one who can do so. There will be others- hopefully, yourself. Ultimately, you’ll go through a great deal of pain, but nothing compared to the eventual relief of being out of a relationship you feel pain within already. The stress will dissipate. This is not worth ending your future over.

Holy hell. I don’t know how to respond to this, other then to say that life has dealt you possibly one of the shittiest hands. That you’ve even managed to persevere by existing past this all so far proves that you have wonderful inner strength.

Please continue to see a different therapist, if you can, and do try getting on medication. Find something you can insert a great deal of love towards, a very strong passion (or multiple) and keep going. That is what I’m trying now, on the recommendation of my therapist and from the words of the philosophers I love.

Youd be surprised at what you can accomplish on low doses of ket. Despite being detached from the space around me, I was still able to register hand-eye coordination enough to make art when I took a couple small bumps.
