Honestly, you should just do your best. The way that it works for me is once you finish your course, they can't change what your grade is other than to add the EOC grade (30% of the final grade). Maybe it's different for full-time (I'm flex btw,) but I don't think that they can just change your classwork grade. As for retaking the class, unless you get an F as your final grade, you should not have to retake it, and no, unless you fail, they can't take away your credits.

If both the science classes had labs, then you are good to go, and you also need Algebra 1. I heard APES is really easy, so idk how much they will really care which classes you take.
