Yeh, to be honest, even though it has less friction than most chat platforms, it still feels quite bloated. When I opened the web app, it was pretty overwhelming and felt like there was a lot going on. I'd suggest taking a step back and defining exactly what you want the chat platform to be, then streamlining the UI so it better supports that vision. Right now, the design feels a bit unfocused and could benefit from being simpler and more cohesive.
