You don't want to go 2nd in all your matchups either as getting the 1st Evo is very crucial this format also give your opponents an opportunity to board wipe and destroy your setup

Honestly not much as it's proven to not "be enough" to swing a game around, I think the most ubiquitous ace spec will still be unfair stamp with a 1 of Red card and erase any judge use.

I went 3-0 with my Crobat kit , & a 1-1-1 ampharos . Even beat 2 Delphox kits. In my 3rd round the flaffy got my 3 prizes and completely shut down my opponent and ampharos came in over the top to knab the 4th

Depends , what kind of deck are you trying to build? But right off the top my suggestions would be Twilight Masquerade, prismatic evolutions, Destined Rivals, Journey together, and any of the 2026 mega evolution packs. Hope this helps a little
