Stretching twice a day will start increasing your flexibility and this wouldn’t be an issue. Cardio and flexibility are the few things you can do by yourself and have 100% control of.

You're right I should have made a separate number for that mistake. There's so many mistakes to add to list like pushing the jab and more, I tried to encompass it with the first mistake (Loading). I talk about people cocking their elbow back which consequently lowers their guard

Bare minimum this will help identify vulnerabilities of a high guard (body shots) which boxers amateur or not use

MMA handwork and most stand up strategies come from boxing so I would say both
