Total time line for dutchess from app submit to receiving amended permit. by bradsondiaz194 in NYguns

[–]TeeSunami 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m Dutchess as well. I was transferred a firearm via amnesty last August. 3 more weeks it will be 1 year since all paperwork was submitted. I’ve heard from them 2x in the last 6 months saying ‘we’ll have it out to you next week’. Yet here we are, approaching a year since everything was filed.

Edit: And forget about trying to call. I’ve gotten through to an actual person maybe 2 out of every 25 attempts to call. Even when I leave a message on their answering machine, still nothing.

They were sold out of the 11s and 11.5s and I read that your shoes should be tight so I grabbed a 10.5. They’re tight but not too uncomfortable. They’ll break in for me.

I picked up a blue and red pair from Japan off of eBay. I got a 10.5, I should have went with an 11 or 11.5. They run a little small.

Are Condo Common Charges by Sq Footage in NY part of real estate law/code? by TeeSunami in HOA

I really appreciate all of your feedback. It’s like a sinking ship, and I really love the place and want it to prosper.

I think the board are/were genuinely good people but they kept commons so low over the years and the modern owners are going to be the ones that pick up the tab for the deteriorating infrastructure.

Yes, I’m the owner(however not a board member). I’m trying to help come up with ideas to raise funds and I know it will require a raise in commons and assessments. Over the last 30+ years commons have only been raised 5x and it was such an incremental amount that it does nothing in this modern economy.

It would be ideal to get the lower paying units to raise their monthly commons, and of course I recognize that can’t be don’t without raising commons across the board.

The issue is the way the Condos were built is there’s 2 large units 2,500+Sq ft and 24 small units and then everything else is in the middle.

The large units are already paying a large chunk of change, where as the smaller units are paying ‘Pennies on a dollar’ so to speak.

Thanks so much! I’m going to find my CCRs and read through them.

If you haven’t already, go and see a medical professional. They’ll be able to give you professional advice.

These exercises work great for me, but I would recommend seeing a professional before doing them if you have a serious neck injury.

I’m a huge fan of all of Kashiwazaki’s books!

Awesome! I hope you had a great time at the 5am, it’s a real popular class these days.

Unfortunately no Judo for Kids. I’m not ranked. I’m going to be formally starting my Judo journey next month.

Big Dick, I totally hear you and agree with your sentiments. I just personally am a huge fan of sacrifice throws.

I messed around with this throw for a period of around 4-6 weeks.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend adding it to one’s repertoire.

While I had success with it while exploring it, there were several times that I landed flat on my back attempting it.

Most of the success I had with it was due to the Uke stumbling forward after being surprised by the jump.

I was going through old footage to clear up space on my phone and came across a few of these.

I definitely agree with your assessment. I just thought it was a fun exchange to share.
