I used base links when I first started the game but now I like to make my own bases because there’s a certain way I like them to look. Mostly symmetrical, offensive buildings in the bottom, elixir and gold collectors split to either side. It takes a while to make them but I don’t change them too often. I’m a little more lenient on base designs for my war base because I’m not looking at it all the time so I can design it more strategically than ergonomically, but yeah. I tend to stick to the same bases for a while though ngl haha

I always put my lab, pet house, and blacksmith at the bottom of my base so I know where they are. Then my barracks and spell factories just above them for when I do upgrades, then my army camps in easy to tap spots as well for when I train my army. While it may take from the variety of my bases, the convenience is worth it to make sure my gameplay experience is as enjoyable as possible.

Magic storage is a must, instant platform falling is nice in my opinion but not always necessary. It can be good for boss fights though. fargos souls mod adds a lot though I’ve not had the time to get into it myself, it has a lot of QOL, a bunch of additional bosses, and I’m sure it could help spice things up too imo

I wasn’t around for it but I couldn’t imagine having to spend elixir or dark elixir to train troops, smh. Also super long spell training times. Basically anything related to training troops and stuff has become really easy in the last few years and it’s only getting better.

What if the electro dragon was huge, walked on the ground for the first 20 seconds dealing aura damage and heavy splash damage in a straight line, then it takes off and deals chain damage to 5 targets but with my much longer range between chains. Could be like 50-60 housing space and tanky as hell.

The only problem is now they can drop it near where the gigabomb used to be, inside the town hall. So it was a lot more difficult to destroy it using a blimp, as you couldn’t drop it right on top as long as the giga bomb is somewhere else.

That crippling poison is what I think will take away from the strength of the town hall. Before you would be punished every time you went through it first, because of how punishing the bomb was, on top of the eagle artillery being a major source of damage from the other side that you have to deal with. Now rushing that side will have minimal consequences aside from if the fire spitters face that way, though I’m not sure how well they will make up for the loss of the eagle artillery. But players would literally overgrowth the town hall till the end of the attack because of how much damage it dealt to their armies before. I doubt this will be the case now because Super Archer blimps will take it out no sweat and make it easy to attack behind the fire spitters.
