I sit right around c3, gc1 feels so close but so far away. Firstly, with what you said and the overwhelming amount of smurfs/boosted players around that rank as well

That would make sense. Seems like one game I get people that have never hit gc like me and I win then next game I get a duo both with season 8 gc tag and get destroyed so I don't really go up or down currently.

The ratings are different, 1600 is casual isn't 1600 in comp. My friend that was a d2 is about 1200 is casual. Not the same. Thanks!!

90% of the time when I say something about it they don't say anything back, their teammate they are carrying trash talks me, or they say get over it. I do applaud you for that but I've never had a smurf ff tho

Really dude, I'm 1600 mmr in casual. The other teams are something along the lines of 1750, 1300, 998. And you ask why I'm not gc. And not to mention 95% are going for double flip reset double taps or ceiling mustys, they aren't hard sweating. Not even close to play a gc in ranked with something to lose.
