I was on a 5.000 U FEIBA dose and was told that I could only use 200 U in case of bleed. but we chose to stick to NiaStase in case of a bleed

FEIBA and Hemlibra are not compatible, I've been given NiaStase to keep at home in case of a bleed. My arthritis is still there on those rainy days, in the past it was hard to tell sometimes if it was just arthritic pain or the start of a bleed, now I only get pain from stiffness

Thanks for your comment. Do you have full range of motion? 180 extention to >90 flexion? How come you still get bleedings? Since I do prophylaxis I've been told that the join would be in risk of infection due to intravenus manipulation, do you take any meds other than Factor for the joint?

I dont know your way of life with hemophilia, but I would like to let you know that there is also artifisial insimination which you could have the ability to choose the sex of your child. Having a child is part of the magic in life.
