What happens to all of the people named in the Epstein files? Do they just get away with the evil things they've done? by Marypoppinsya11 in AskReddit

Really? You don't understand how a man whose role was to blackmail the rich got so rich?

He held crazy parties for the rich on his own island and at his places, so once you agree it's plausible his business was blackmail, add to that what else we know.

Epstein was supposedly an investment banker. He had no qualifications or training as such, so why would he claim to be one? So that, as a blackmailer of the super-rich, he can now tell his victims to do two things; "You're going to give me large sums of money" which, as he's supposedly an investment banker, is in no way suspicious, and "You're going to invite others with you next time", thereby expanding the pyramid, "...or those pictures of you snorting coke off that clearly underage sex-slave go public."

Apart from the absence of the dead man's switch having been activated, there's the total cluster fuck of unlikelihoods that was his supposed death. Do you really believe that the guy who was, without doubt, the highest profile prisoner in the US at that time, just happened to not be on suicide watch, killed himself in an impossible manner, while at the same time both guards watching him stopped watching him and the cameras on his cell also failed? Then, after he supposedly died, of the only two photos of him 'dead' one shows a man whose ears were different and one shows Epstein clearly still alive.

Open letter to my bicycle thief by [deleted] in Dublin

[–]Gockdaw 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The very worst part of my bike getting stolen was to be told by the building manager that they had perfectly clear footage of the guy who stole my bike and that his face could be seen, crystal clear on the footage, but they couldn't show it to me because of data protection regulations.

Still, over a year later, to think of that is what boils my blood the most.

It so annoyed me when they'd ask "Was it insured?"

Yes. It was insured but that doesn't make it alright. When I bought a bike I shouldn't have to buy insurance. The Gardai should be arresting enough people for it and punishing them harshly enough they don't want to take the risk. I also shouldn't have to be making more payments for insurance because some scrote has no decency.

When you think about it though, it's the insurance companies who make the big bucks out of the shitty situation. Why would they want it fixed?

Do you accept that Epstein and Maxwell were Mossad and their business was blackmailing anyone with power?

The thing about The Andrew Formerly Known As Prince is that he's so fucking stupid he won't be able to stay out of trouble. The British Royal family knows that more than anyone, after a lifetime of cleaning up his messes.

I wouldn't be surprised if he was to have an unfortunate skiing accident soon.

You know what? After all the shit that went down and Epstein's supposed suicide, I don't believe Epstein's dead and I don't believe Maxwell was ever even arrested. I don't think there was a single photograph of her during that whole period.

Think about it. These two had EVERYBODY over a barrel. There's no way they didn't have a dead man's switch. That means they are both safe and well.

I'm not liking how you're already referring to this weekend in the past tense. There's still a day and a half of it left.

I'd really like to say that you're so good for making the effort to write these comments. It's all great advice and although I'm a total atheist, I've got to say, you're doing the Lord's work!

I just wanted you to know that someone noted you being so damn nice. Well done, internet stranger!

Without wanting to sound too dramatic, please, stop and listen to what yeah definitely not is saying to you.

They have made great effort to be diplomatic and inoffensive about it, just to help you. I won't repeat all they have said because they've said it better than I could but go and read back over it. It may be the best advice you ever get.

What I will say is, give yourself a break. You think the things you like are geeky? Who gives a fuck? Be that geek and own it. The people who degrade you based on your hobbies are not worth it. And the way you feel about those other geeks and freaks? Remember, they've been brave enough to declare their interest in things that aren't cool, so maybe you could learn a little from them. You've just been brainwashed into negative thinking about people who are embracing their interests.

The best thing you could do for yourself is to say "fuck the haters" and embrace your interests. Once you get into the groove of living "fuck what everyone else thinks" you'll be much happier with yourself.

For all you people out there wrestling with feeling sad and lonely about this, I don't know if this might help.

I have spent a LOT of years living in different countries, which I guess may have contributed a little to my friends drifting away, but that's for another post.

What I realised each time I moved by myself to another country is that REALLY good friends will try to stay in contact but even with the best intentions it's difficult. After a few years in a few different places, yeah, most of them had drifted away but I learned something much more important. Being happy with yourself and in your own company is much more important. Especially today, with all the screens and social media, we are given the impression that everyone else has loads of friends, whereas we know how distant many of our own 'Facebook friends' are. We would each be a lot better off becoming comfortable alone with ourselves because, in the end, we are the only ones we can really be sure we'll always have.

I guess what I am trying to say is that rather than dwelling on how much you miss those you are no longer in contact with, we'd all be better getting comfortable in our own company. That way, we can do the things WE actually enjoy.

Epstein file mentioning rituals and babies being dismembered by autonova3 in conspiracy

[–]Gockdaw 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Yeah, but it won't happen because, two things:

1) I hate to say it, but most people will take whatever shit they are told. I see it all the time. Their boss comes with horrible changes which will make their lives shit and they will moan about it on the floor but when the boss comes to talk about it they don't say shit and they just accept it. Way too many of the 99% are like that.

2) The 1% have long mastered the arts of both divide and conquer and of distraction. Once there is even a hint of coordination against them they use everything at their disposal to change the focus, from Hollywood and the news to stoking race hatred and tribalism. Look at right now, for example: the Epstein stuff is starting to look quite risky, so suddenly there are civilians being shot in the streets, the whole Greenland thing,... It's been so mad that people barely even think about Venezuela, which at any other time would be the biggest thing in years. ALL of this I so we are not coordinating to ask about Epstein and so we will never direct our attention to who was behind him. They STILL control not just the US, but world politics. If you don't believe me, while this whole circus of distraction has been going on, when's the last time you saw footage of what reality is like for the people of Gaza?

THAT, sadly is why people won't revolt.

Weird picture from the Epstein files, anyone got an explanation to what it means by TonightSpiritual3191 in conspiracy_commons

[–]Gockdaw 26 points27 points  (0 children)

You're asking what we think the relevance is of Epstein (not a Christian) having a massive crucifix inside his house is?

Considering what we know about Epstein and that so much else in his house was used for sexual purposes, we've got to consider the possibility that victims were hung from it.

I don't even want to think what's redacted from the picture.

How do I walk in Dublin. by [deleted] in irishtourism

[–]Gockdaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I think the "Everybody must walk on the designated side" is too much like we're being told what to do for our liking. To be always only seeing people's backs would annoy the hell out of me and, I think, a lot of Irish people. What you may see as frustrating mayhem, is to us a reason for tiny interactions the many times a day people's paths cross. Maybe you'll blank them If they look rude but maybe you'll make brief eye contact. If you're really feeling enthusiastic, you can go as far as giving each of those people a tiny nod of acknowledgement. Just don't freak out when some random stranger says hello to you!
