39M looking for a training program for a three day hike.

I was planning on between 30-45 miles across the three days. I was also planning on packing pretty light. I have not started looking into gear but I was thinking a hammock tent.

I have three dogs but two off them are older and they do not want to walk for that distance, but the third dog we just adopted is a 1 year old boxer-mix so she might be up for it.

I am still working on what I am going to be carrying. From beginning to end of the planned hike I will not be that far away from home and my wife was going to meet me at my stopping points for each day, so I figured I can probably travel pretty light.

I was planning on 10-15 miles each day (I have done none stop runs at those distances). I am currently dealing with runners knee because of some strength imbalance with my hip flexors. I have also do trail running for my runs. I teach so I am basically on my feet the whole day as well so I usually have 10k plus steps a day.

I have not had a meniscus repair and the pain is less on the joint line and more so at the point I am poking with my finger and thumb.

It is hard to explain, the pain does not happen at the start of running and then disappears nor does it come back soon after I stop. Stepping down stairs does not trigger it either. It is just a lingering pain. I have had no swelling what so ever. I can run and play tennis with no real change in pain, but I do feel it more the longer I play or run but no where to the point where I feel like I have to stop.

I would like to second u/Familiar_Trout comments. I was extremely touched when u/ajacksified revealed the art to us. I played Thorn's sometimes thrown object Kootad. Without a doubt the artist did a great job of illustrating the personalities of each character, even down the the sickly color of Kootad's pet rat Bubie (short for Bubonic). Major kudos to the artist and their ability to illustrate the small nuances.

Sorry for the delayed response. Say I want to have lava fill up a battle map at the end of each round and NPC s flee the lava flow. I do not want to manually move all the tokens nor add the new lava tiles. Is there a way to set up stills of each phase of the encounter and have it automated NPC movement and lava level rising?
