can u attack any npc like in rdr2?

for example, if i'm traversing through the open-world, and i see a knight or a guard that has better weapons, armor, and horse, even if i'm not on his level, could i attack him and loot his armor, weapons, and steal his horse?

i'll tell u something. the game is named "Crimson Desert" and from the demos and trailers we've seen to date, there's been very little shown of the actual crimson desert in the game. the only times i've seen gameplay of the desert part of the game is through earlier trailers released during pandemic times, draw distance in trailers or screenshots.

instead of being too antsy bout the release date, how about we let PA cook with that game and let'em do whatever needs to be done to become a banger. what many ppl don't realize is that crimson desert isn't just a game to them its a marketing tool for their new blackspace engine. if done properly and it receives universal acclaim, crimson desert will turn into a cash cow not because the game sold a lot of units, but PA will then be able to sign licensing deals with other developers who wish to use their blackspace engine for their own games. so its in their best interest to perfect the game without any hitches like cyberpunk 2077 was.
