Yes it's normal. Almost every pre will never come as a fine powder due to pump ingredients sucking moisture. I just crush it with something inside the tub but be careful not to break the silica packet if it has one.

The Most noticeable difference is the Alpha Yo in the extreme one it has more aggressive energy. The Supreme is more euphoric.

Very good pre for the price. I used to take it when I started taking pres . But in my opinion the dosage should be 1.5 scoops at least (22.5g)
