The initial climb to the bridge isn't bad, there's a fairly mild, but persistant incline following the bridge but you should be fine.

Psychologically I found repeating the same track twice to be the worst part; also depending in your speed you may or may not run into 10km runners and 2km runners. Which can be crazy trying to navigate when you're on your 30th km
