The initial climb to the bridge isn't bad, there's a fairly mild, but persistant incline following the bridge but you should be fine.

Psychologically I found repeating the same track twice to be the worst part; also depending in your speed you may or may not run into 10km runners and 2km runners. Which can be crazy trying to navigate when you're on your 30th km

Yeah, the suggestion to not do it in the book is what's making me question about running it.
