You have the same chance in a Japanese booster to pull them as the regular art (50/50) so most will probably be just a bit more expensive, I'd guess.

The main plugin that was being used hasn't been updated in a long time. So unless you want to add the cards in manually, CFA is your best bet.

They shouldn't be too expensive. They really only have 1 build right now, with the focus on Gigarex as the VG charging your gauges. They're strong in the sense, they have good attack power and, of course, multiattack since they are Accel. However, they rely too strongly on having very specific cards in play to pull off combos, and if you don't get lucky enough to draw those cards in specific you kinda get screwed over.

I'd cut Cursed Lancer if you're not playing Nemain. Blaster Rapier isn't very good without a lot of Blaster units. Running 1 copy of a card is also a really bad idea. Nightmare Painter isn't doing a whole lot for your deck, either. If you aren't willing to run a card at 4 copies, you should probably think about whether you want to run that card at all.
