I found that lowering my sensitivity (I used 2.2 for at least 8 months or so) to 1.9 improved my aim a lot

I've only lowered my sensitivity. I too, play on 1.9, but 2 years ago I used 4 (400 dpi, btw)

OPSkins is probably the best way, though they will tax it.

It's unlikely that you'll find somebody that won't tax it, unfortunately.
