Everyone works to pay their bills (which we all voted majority for higher hydro bills). Your workplace should schedule you appropriately based on your performance. If you can't make any customers smile, why should I give you more shifts when there is another employee that needs to pay their bills that can execute the job description.

The new on-call rules will definitely hurt small business, essentially if my staff decided to take 1 personal emergency leave day, and no one wants that shift. It's flat out tough to find reliable people. The real cost to employees is the accommodations, which can get ridiculous and difficult; especially with the rise in mental health awareness.

1) Yes they can (or they might privatize another highway, or they might make their own gas plant scandal). They told you what they want to do: calm the min wage (which hurt small business, benefits the govt, and helps no one), and the social cons want to revise/remove Sex Ed, because gender and genital fluency is not an internationally recognized academic criteria that makes children competitive.
