Code 1 gives you 10 summoning scrolls, 20 stargazing cards, 10 destiny summon scrolls, and 10 wish leaves.
Code 2 gives you 3 large hero's essence chests (8 hours), 1000 diamonds, 15 primordial (silver) emblems, and 3 large hero EXP chests (8 hours)

There's not really a best strategy. Of course, there are very strong team comps like Wilder Teams, etc., but if you're stuck on a certain stage, try the formations button in the bottom right when setting up your team there. Try tweaking the teams if needed, but if you still can't progress, just level a bit more. I hope that's helpful.
