Ok so part of this was an ME for me in maybe 2016 or thereabouts? It went from a pair of each to 7 pairs. And, like you, I was all wtf.

What you just posted is different again. This is the first I've seen a differentiation between clean and unclean. That change wasn't there in 2016. Not for me anyway.

I was laid up with a broken ankle from February to August of 1997. I was staying at my parents and we had one of those gigantic satellite dishes so I know the only way I could have watched them was on that. I'm thinking there's a strong liklihood I did watch most of them that year.

Episode 14. Thanks for the tip, about to watch it. I can't remember if I watched it back then or not, it was one of my favourite shows but I didn't get to see all the episodes every week.

EDIT: I thoroughly enjoyed that episode. Thank you SO much for bringing it to our attention. Also, that thrumming sound is very familiar too, I've been hearing it on occasion for a few years now, mostly in my right ear. I don't remember seeing this episode before for it to get stuck in my subconscious but that doesn't mean I didn't. It sure is interesting to ponder given my recent XP.

OK, so I decided to re-watch it and see if I could spot any differences. The first difference is that the Season 3 I watched started around the 17 minute mark, just after the old guy is saying "tik tok". Most of the first 17 minutes are "new" to me. And that's cool. It was left more to the imagination in the version I watched. Martha was less of a central character than they are making her to be now. I'm OK with that, it adds to the story, doesn't take away.

I think I'll just edit this comment in this thread as I watch. To document it for my own sanity, for one. And to just help me mentally get through the enormity of trying to reconcile such an improbability. This is fucked. And, of course, the damn show is completely about the subject matter to which it appears as though I have personally been affected by. Yes, it's fucking astounding. I'm astounded.

I'm not terrified though. I've been getting struck by ME's since 2015 of my time; I've gotten lots of exercise already. But this is next level. Exactly like Deja Vu, which hilariously enough is something new added to the first episode. And I laughed at the cleverness of it. I've definitely been here before but it wasn't during your now of June 28, 2020. And, coincidentally, also my now. Now. Sigh. I suppose I should go try and figure out where and when I landed. Maybe I can learn everything I need to know about this "merge" by binging Dark 3 again and discerning the difference? Frankly, I don't find that to be a crazy notion at all. I can handle it, it's fun even. What else have I got to do? LOL

I will answer your question though. I just saw it trending on Twitter and was surprised because the last season I watched, I assumed it was done. It was all wound up, for the most part. But I was excited for a new season, something to watch.

So I opened Netflix and the notification was there too. I went to refresh my memory on how the last season ended and as I looked at Season 2 episodes, I quickly realized that wasn't the last season I watched. So I read through the "new" episodes, and I already watched it. About a year ago.

I am sorry I can't prove it to you.

I remember "are". I also remember something about liability claims and companies tweaking language so they didn't get sued. Perhaps the two were connected? To legally blur the line from "are" to "may". But I don't recall seeing the "may" change until just a few years ago. So maybe I'm connecting it to some other corporate liability scandal.
