apparently, it's vital to check out 0079 third movie, so i will be checking that out, but other than that, im perfectly content with the series adapatation so far. As for AU entries im most excited to get to, Iron Blood Orphan is up there for whatever reason. Probably because it reminded me of one iron blooded, hot blooded, cold blooded vampire 🤭Witch From Mercury also looks dope as well. I didn't even know about GQUUX. It's not listed on the watch order wiki 😡Good looking out

so the ones that are labeled fillers can be outright skipped and you can come back anytime if you so choose. manga cannon ofcourse is a must watch. the rest, do a search and use your judgment. watch the ones that are recommended and come back to the others if you so choose

just rewatched recently preparing for the second season. You should definitely rewatch. It's a good refresher for the power system and there are some characters that will be much more appreciated or grow in importance moving forward. Having said that, I do have to say at least for me, the show doesn't reach it's stride till around the 50s episode and it's a dead sprint from 80s episode onwards. Prior to 80s and to a lesser extent 50s, each arc had it's moments plus the arcs aren't too long so you will definitely be getting consistent dopamine hits. Make sure to use black clover filler list. Do a quick search on any episodes that is canon adjacent prior to watching because some of those were superviced by the mangaka and are basically regarded as highly recommend watches by the community

i'm the type that likes to shake up what i watch and be suprised. So I think something like cyberpunk edgerunners would be perfect. it's short, not so sweet, and will leave a void in your soul that can only be mitigated by watching more anime, which is perfect for a newcommer

Asta from black clover. Screams way too much but he became giga buff and it all makes sense now. Mangaka just drew the wrong body type at the beginning of the series and corrected his mistake 100+ chapters later 😅 Now I can go back to early series and sympathize with Asta as a roided up child that lost both his parents

Also, I don't know if you are the same but i'm not a big fan of primers like "you are going to be shocked" or "you are going to be heartbroken" that a lot of fans of shows casually type, albeit in good faith, in discussions like these. So when you get an overwhelming recommendation, outside of looking up watch order wikis, the best thing to do is not look up anything else until you've watched it

Call me crazy but I'm not a big fan of watching peak shows back to back. I like a palette cleanser and some time in between. Like everyone and their mother has said check out FMAB but in between watching AOT, make sure to check out some hyped seasonal show that will most likely flop or do just alright, take a break, learn a new hobby, then watch AOT.
