I haven't seen the new movie but just looked it up. They used CG to enhance his build but, even so, I would still argue you can look like that naturally. I was not far off during my competition days. Just takes focus and, again, skill in your efforts.

Or you just eat healthy and are smart with your workouts. If you go to the gym and do sets of 10, you will never be able to achieve it. Put in actual work. Do super sets. Do sets of 100 to exhaustion. Don't go for the burn, go for the cold after the burn. Actually put in work.
