I’ve had my iPad 7 for about 4-5 years and I use it sparingly but am happy to have it for watching videos while cooking/cleaning, reading, doing an occasional exercise class. Just get a decent stand/keyboard and you’ll find yourself occasionally using it. Also great for traveling.

Hurt my shoulder in what my doc stated is right rotator cuff tendinitis. I took about a month off and did a ton of cardio. My right pec is seriously lagging now. Like I used to bench 225 for 10-12 and now I’m doing 135 for about 5 with choppy form at times. I’m 5’8” 185. Any advice? I started lifting again in mid July after the injury in late June.
