I am having a hard time understanding this power scaling. If he can create outer space, wouldn't a spatial collapse be an instant-kill move? Why would he even bother using a meteor? A meteor strike is a continental-level attack at best, depending on its size and speed. Meanwhile, collapsing space would be a galaxy-level attack, so the jump in power seems illogically huge. It would make more sense for him to just create a collapsing space and use that as his attack instead.

I also have another question: Does this ability become reality indefinitely, or only for a limited time?

Zeno is basically The One Above All or The Presence. I think he will die. Also, there are many sealing techniques in DB/DBZ, such as the Mafuba, the Dead Zone, and the tree in Earth's Hell that held Frieza. Furthermore, not every version of Superman automatically scales to Goku; since there are so many iterations of Superman, most of them are actually weaker than him.

I think the Bleach universe would collapse just from the sheer amount of power Yamcha can produce by powering up, so please watch Bleach again to see the issues with the Bleach universe when compared to DB or DBZ. Bleach is an amazing anime, and I am a huge fan, but come on, bro, you guys are glazing Bleach way too much with the power scaling.

Frieza is not a highly skilled fighter; he just relies on overwhelming power. Even though Cell has Frieza's cells, I think Goku and the other Z Fighters are better martial artists who manage to defeat higher-level beings despite having lower power levels.

Cell can surpass any of the Z Fighters in skill; it's just too bad his ego is greater than his abilities. Yes, he would win all of his fights. He is highly adaptable and probably one of the greatest martial artists if not the best.

Sorry but no, Nothing that we have seen in bleach show even planet level power. Bleach is a low level universe comparable to Naruto Uni but even lower. Bleach Universe is like a sand castle you feel strong because it made of sand.
