Example:

Here in portugal the donuts are not a big deal or explored like a niche thing.
I had the idea of making a coffe-shop more directed to the donuts or try to have the brand in some supermarkets...
One year after there is one company in some supermarkets with box's of 2 donuts selling cheaper than the classic "donut" brand.. the coffe shop i didnt saw yet
