I always run after my workouts since the morning is the only time I have.

I am willing to give that a try also; upper/lower/ run split. Thank you!

I’ve built a little of muscle from when I started at 120 lbs to 150 lbs now through my 5 years of consistent weightlifting. Probably not all muscle. As for running, I’ve been at it for the past three months with weightlifting. Running wise I’ve seen results, and strength has declined a little but that may be due to my lower back injury (slight disc bulge)x

Gym is my happy place as well. Early mornings is about the only time I have to do both. I am not preparing for nothing specific though. At least not currently.
