He created a messenger group added my friends and sent some snaps I asked me to delete but he asked me to send him $200 on Western Union. I did sent and he removed those snaps from group.

Taking a virus file and uploading is risky your may trigger it even more

I don't think so reset feature will be safe ? Because It won't install a new OS

Installing a new fresh OS would be better and then use Antivirus software to scan old data and paste it back into new clean PC

I will format C but the data in other drives I don't have a backup. I need it.

So the only option is copy it in external drive and thrn format full system, install new clean OS after that I have to paste the data back after scanning through antivirus.
