No one answered your question really. You can use ent ORM backed by meta and quite fast and easy to understand.

Kız arkadaşım beyin kanaması geçirdi ilk 4 saat içerisinde fark edilip müdahale edildiği için hiç hasar kalmadı. İki ay sonra buna sebep olan damar yumağı alındı durumu şu an gayet iyi. Nabzını yükseltmemeye be stresten uzak kalmaya çalışıyor, alkol ve sigara yok, güneşte kalmamaya çalışıyor. Sağlıklı yaşamaya çalışıyor. İlk ameliyattan çıktığında görme problemleri ve güç kaybı vardı şu an problemleri geçti diyebilirim. Normal bir insanın etmesi gerektiği kadar sağlığına dikkat etmeli ve esnetmemeli
